Stronger ties between Norway and Nepal

Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Nepal Norway Alumni Association (NNAA) signed a grant letter to implement activities to help enhance friendship and cooperation between Nepal and Norway through civil society.
Ms. Camilla Røssaak, Minister Counsellor of the Royal Norwegian Embassy and Mr. Tara Nath Sapkota, the General Secretary of NNAA signed the grant letter on behalf of their respective organizations.
NNAA will organize networking and career support events, conferences and charities and outreach events during 2012. Through academic exchanges and social events NNAA members, government official, civil society and academics will be brought together to provide networking opportunities and exchange of ideas in various professional areas. The Royal Norwegian Embassy looks forward to an excellent cooperation with NNAA.
