On 25 February the Norwegian Ambassador hosted a seminar on Planning and Licensing of Energy Infrastructure. The seminar is part of the ongoing energy dialog between Nepal and Norway. About 30 key actors from the Nepalese and the Norwegian energy sector attended the seminar. Presentations were made by representatives from the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE), the Norwegian Transmission Company (Statnett), the Department of Electricity Development (DoED) and the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA). Each presentation was followed by questions and discussion.
