Every summer, Bækkelagets Sports Club and the newspaper Dagbladet, invites young football players to the largest international football tournament in the world. Norway Cup is held in Oslo during week 31, and serves as a melting pot where fellow footballers from every corner of the world meet, interact and make new friends. Norway Cup is an arena where inclusion and equality is promoted and celebrated, as 52 nations currently are represented at the Cup. In addition to football the Cup has a variety of activities for participants, such as a cultural stage where popular international and national artists perform, food and beverage stalls, games and competitions, a shopping tent and an on-site fun fair. The Cup also serves as a great opportunity to explore the popular sites of the capital city during summer time.
